One of the great Life Magazine photographers Gordon Parks died Tuesday at age 93. Parks was a ledgendary photographer who worked for the Farm Services Administration (the FSA), Life Magazine, and was also an accomplished filmmaker.
His films included “the Learning Tree” and “Shaft”, but I’ll always remember him for his eloquent photography.
