Photo A Day – Pocket Watch Reflection
I grabbed this shot last night of my husband’s antique pocket watch that he inherited from his grandma. Sometimes you just want to shoot something that is old and comes with its own story. I decided the reflection of our counter tops would work nicely with the shiny metal of the watch, so I placed it strategically on the grout of some of the tiles and used the lines to draw your eye in. Just a simple set up, but I wanted to add a little more interestingness to an otherwise ordinary photo.
