Year In Pictures: The Storm

Storm's here

For me, it’s thrilling to wait for the storm—the clouds, the anticipation, the wind and mystery. But there is just as much beauty, if not more, in the details I find after the storm—sometimes even in just the simple sunset reflection on little puddles and stormy cloud reflection on a wet glass patio table. What about you? What do you most love to photograph about storms?

Congratulations on your great photos (and blog)! Storms are my favourite photography subject but, sadly, we don’t get many of those in Portugal… Anyway, if I can find a storm brewing, I’m there with my camera :)
There are a few photos of such occasions on my blog and on my Flickr account - check them out :)

Thanks so much, Carla! Yeah, we don’t get many storms around here either. That’s why I always make such a big deal out of them and pull out my camera. I’ll definitely check out your photos on your blog!
