August’s 2nd Week Contest: Getting in Close

Day 9: Garden hoseJust a reminder for those new to our photo challenge this month: August’s theme is “Getting in Close,” and each week we’re focusing on a different subject for you to get up close and personal with.

For our second week, the contest is “Getting in close: Random Objects.” Any random object will do. The more unique, the better! But even everyday objects look different and fun when you zoom in close. Just remember, next week we’re focusing on landscapes and nature, so save all your macro flower shots until then!

More details on how to join and submit photos for the contest are at our Flickr Group.
