I was eating a slice of pizza at a picnic table in Sierra Madre yesterday. I looked up from my cheesy goodness and saw this tree. With a slice in one hand and my camera in the other, I took these shots. The tree is all gnarled and is split up the center, so you see all this interesting texture inside. I’ll have to go back with my Nikon one of these days and shoot it in more interesting light.
