Photographs as Kid Room Decoration

Wynken Wooden Shoe Looking for decorations for your kids’ rooms? Try hanging up photographs of pages from their favorite books. Unlike just framing cut-out pages from a book, taking pictures allows you to focus on part Artof an image and blow it up to whatever size you like (and you don’t wreck the book!). Doing a zoo theme? Try shooting a variety of animals drawn in different styles from your child’s books. Working with a moon theme? There are so many cool books featuring moons, and they can really add magic to a spacey room. These shots are from Wynken, Blynken and Nod.

How about letting your kid choose their own favorite pictures to frame?

Wynken, Blynken and Nod Selling these shots, obviously, is a copyright violation, but there’s nothing to stop you from using these to decorate junior’s room or even your own!

If you use Flickr, a couple of dollars will get you an 8 x 10 print. Put that in an inexpensive frame, and voila!
