Day 27-Fly on the Wall

Man, day 27 of the 30-day-challenge…how time flies (sorry…)!

In another very busy day where a few good photo ops escaped me, I happened to spot this fly (looks like a fruit-fly to me but I’m no entimologist, so…dunno…).

He was hanging on to the outside of my office window and was only about a quarter-of-an-inch long.

What really caught my eye was his translucency as the sunlight shown from behind him.

So, in honor of all our busy schedules where time really flies, I give you…”The Fly!!!” (”help meeeee…….”)

Taken with my Nikon D200, Nikon 105mm VR macro lens, a couple of Kenko Auto-extension rings, SanDisk Ultra II Compact flash cards, handheld.
