Day 3 TiVO

Day 3 This is my favorite object in the whole house. I loooove my TiVO.

I made this shot using my Nikon D70s, a 50mm F/1.8 fixed lens and two diopter filters (+4 and +2). That’s how I got the super shallow depth of field. I played with the image a little in Photoshop, tweaking the levels and boosting the saturation. Nothing fancy.

I think I may go nuts this week and try my hand at shooting RAW. I’ve never shot RAW before, but as I’m testing out Adobe Lightroom, I figure what the heck.

Nice, sharp TIVO. Lightroom is cool, but addicting…watch out!

Uh oh! What features on Lightroom do you use regularly and like the best?

I’m totally a TiVo adict as well. Nice shot.
