We had a great Christmas. My mom is out visiting and Chloe was being completely cute. Smush loves having lots of people around – the more the merrier. Christmas morning was hilarious. There was Christmas present carnage everywhere and Chloe was wild with excitement. I can’t imagine what our holiday will be like when she’s 3.

Of course, the camera was snapping madly. I think I ended up taking like 250 pictures. Thank goodness for digital or I’d have to take out a loan to get the film processed. What I like about taking so many pictures is that I learn from what I’m shooting. If the background isn’t working, I can move to another angle. If the exposure is wonky, I can make my tweaks on the fly. Sure, I sent many pics to the recycle bin, but because it’s Christmas, every image of Chloe is precious so we make good use of our gigantic harddrive. Here are some of my faves.
