There’s nothing like a man and his dog. Here is a shot of my husband and our dog at the lake this past weekend. Again, it doesn’t get more summer than that, right?

I might do another photo here and there for the Summer Photo Challenge, but I promise more content is coming this week! I’ve been a little light on the content because, well, it’s SUMMER! You should all be outside having fun and taking pictures anyway, instead of sitting in front of your computer grumbling about my blog. Heh – just kidding, of course. But expect a couple interesting features soon, with topics including faking depth of field with your point and shoot and a book/lecture review of a fabulous new children’s book about photographing letters found in nature.

Guess that suntan’s just going to have to wait…
