Only the second day of my week of color, and I’m already slacking. Well, not necessarily slacking, but just not super pleased with my picture (hence, the added vignette border to try to make it a little more interesting).

Today was brown. And although there are so many cool things that are brown in my world, I didn’t take out my camera until evening when the lighting wasn’t great and all I had to shoot were the contents of my house. But really, when I think of brown, I think of the most fabulous, glorious beverage — coffee! Oh, what would I do without it? So, here is my little tribute to one of the only inanimate objects that can make me smile in the morning. Ahhh….
