The Radiant Vista
I can’t remember how I exactly how I got there, but some searching on Technorati and random wandering left me looking at The Radiant Vista. not only is there some great Photoshop advice, the site is put together by three photographers so the information is geared towards Photoshop and photography. No, I don’t care how to make Anime backgrounds, but I DO care how to add selective focus in the post-process. Information is in the form of PDF tutorials, podcasts, video tutorials, and articles. Nice looking site too.
