brrreeeport Causing Massive Traffic To My Blog
Well, not yet.
Even though I’m a little late to the game, I thought I’d play the “brrreeeport” game started by Robert Scoble. Robert is testing out various blog search engines to determine their accuracy and timeliness.
Me? I’m just in it for the potential for a little more traffic to SyncSpeed and the rest of the DPBlogs network. So I’m trying out the “brrreeeport” title and tag as well as Robert’s advice on joining the A-Listers. As he states in his blog, only a few posts, with interesting topics stand out. Blog traffic is something that interests just about everyone in the blogosphere. It’s stretching the truth a little a lie right now, but if I get just a few more fresh eyes today, it’s massive to me.
Who knows. Maybe I’ll get a little link-love.
Sorry for the distraction. Back to your regularly scheduled Digital Photography Blog posts.
Update: A little over an hour and this post showed up in Technorati. I’ll have to admit that I’m pretty happy with that.
Update (2/15/06 10:20PM): Well, this has been a smashing success. So far today, I’ve doubled my traffic for the day, increased my Bloglines readership 25% (from 4 to 5!), and have four new inbound links. For a blog that’s less than a month old, that’s not too shabby.
Here’s some belated Valentine’s link love for those that loved me first.
