Rob Galbraith To Expand CompactFlash Performance Database
For those of you spoiled lucky enough to have a shiny new Nikon D200 or Canon 5D, you’ll be happy to hear that Rob Galbraith has added both to the CompactFlash Performance Database.

SD or Compact Flash? Is it basically if you have point & shoot you use SD and if you have SLR you use CF? I did some research, years ago, into the merits of both, but don’t know what the consensus is these days.

Well, I know of a few DSLRs that use SD, like the Nikon D50. I think SD is usually used on P&S cameras because of the small form factor. Although, our Canon Elph uses CompactFlash. So it’s not a hard rule. I tend to prefer cameras that use CompactFlash just because it’s a little cheaper.
